| SUMMARY 2010 We are looking back at a very fun and successful year again at Casa Hoya’s! Some of our highlights…. Puppies
 Casa Hoya’s I’m A Flirt “Bonny” whelped a beautiful litter of 10 puppies, 5 boys and 5 girls, all are black wavy, some with white markings. Proud dad is our boy Casa Hoya’s Kiss Me If You Dare “Enzo” We are very happy that all of them are doing great in their wonderful homes. Some joined another Casa Hoya’s PWD but we welcomed some lovely new members to our extended family. Casa Hoya’s Havin’ A Blast “Cole” and Casa Hoya’s Makes Ya Giggle “Alaya” are still in our ownership and live with friends. We are thrilled to be able to watch these two pups grow up and hopefully have lots of fun with them in the future as part of Casa Hoya’s team. Shows
Below some of our highlights of 2010! Keisha, Casa Hoya's Special Edition won Best in Group at the Europasieger show in Dortmund, Germany (almost 5400 dogs entered!) and picked up some groupplacements as well. Our young boy JT, Cosmos Got Me LoveStoned won several groupplacements this year and took a GROUP 1 at the International show in Bleiswijk. He and Keisha are invited for the Top dog of the Year show 2010 which will be held in February 2011. Bonny, Casa Hoya's I'm A Flirt & Coolio, Casa Hoya's This Is Why I'm Hot were shown very limited but awarded with groupplacements too! We attended the Top dog of the Year show with 4 dogs this year. What a thrill as it’s invitation only and all of them were group winner in 2009! Casa Hoya's Exclusive Edition "Ludacris", Keisha, Casa Hoya's Special Edition, Bonny, Casa Hoya's I'm A Flirt and Coolio, Casa Hoya's This Is Why I'm Hot. Ludacris made the cut with the best 6 dogs in group 8!! In February I traveled to Chicago, USA with JT, Cosmos Got Me LoveStoned to meet with my friends and attend the IKC cluster shows. JT was only 10 months old and won RWD the first day. On Saturday the PWDCGC Regional Specialty was held and JT won Best of Opposite Sex in puppy Sweepstakes and RWD. The last day JT won a 3 point major from the puppyclass going WD. In September I made another trip to the USA, this time for the PWDCA National Specialty. We didn’t show any of our own dogs this year, but I had a great time handling some dogs for friends who won several ribbons! It was awesome to be there again, seen lots of lovely dogs, and had time to catch up with old and new friends :) I'm very very proud that we finished the year with our 15th Dutch Champion bred by Casa Hoya's :-) Casa Hoya's Kiss Me If You Dare "Enzo" won his last CAC at the show in Wijchen that finished his title. This summer several of Casa Hoya's PWDs participated in waterworkshops with Christel Holtrop. In June there was a waterweek in Moux en Morvan, France. There was a total of 9 waterdogs who participated including Keisha, Casa Hoya's Special Edition and Apple, Casa Hoya's Juicy Edition with Anneke and Yvon. Seven joined them as well, just for fun. Most of the week they did waterwork with the dogs, but there was also time to enjoy and relax. It was lovely to walk the dogs there in the woods and they all had a wonderful time together. The weather was great for all the activities and the dogs performed beautiful! Apple just loves the water and works so great with Yvon. July 10 Apple and Lucy participated again in and advanced workshop, this time in Amsterdam. Both worked great and learned lots of things. Today there was a beginners workshop our girls Seven and Dulce participated with Yvon and Denise. It was a first for both, but they had great fun! Dulce is a real natural in the water and did some excersizes that they usually don't get to do till the advanced class! Way to go Dulce and Denise, what a team :-) Seven had a great day as well, Yvon is going to be busy with all the girls training for water! Check out www.waterdogs.eu for pictures and more info.
