| SUMMARY 2009 What an amazing year it has been... Too much to write down but here is an overview from the most exciting happenings at Casa Hoya’s! Puppies
We imported a black wavy boy, Cosmos Got Me LoveStoned “JT” from Canada who lives with us and a black & white curly girl, Odyseas Miss Independent "Seven" from America who lives with my friend Yvon. Thanks so much to the breeders to entrust us with these special pups! We also mentored a litter of puppies from a female we bred Casa Hoya’s Chariots of Fire whelped 7 pups September 15. We got the pick puppy back from that litter. A female named Piñacolada "Dulce" joined Casa Hoya’s and she lives with my friend Denise. So we have lots of youngsters to keep our busy. Two more dogs we bred produced lovely offspring. Casa Hoya’s Glamorous “Grace” whelped her first litter September 11, 5 boys and 6 girls were born in Canada at kennel Lookout. Casa Hoya’s More Than A Kiss “Ralph” sired a litter of 8 pups in Finland. We do have breedingplans for 2010! Shows  Check the dogs’ personal pages for all the show results! Below some of our highlights of 2009! Casa Hoya's Exclusive Edition "Ludacris" won Best of Breed at some prestigious shows this year; Bundessiegershow - Dortmund, Germany Winner – Amsterdam, the Netherlands Keisha, Casa Hoya's Special Edition won reserve BEST IN SHOW at the show in Arnhem!! They were shown 3 times as a brace this year.. 3rd brace Luxembourg 1st brace Winner Amsterdam 1st brace Christmasshow Wijchen New Championship titles: * Belgian Champion – Apple * Danish Champion – Keisha & Jace * Dutch Champion – Agua, Bonny & Coolio * Dutch Junior Champion – Enzo * Dutch Veteran Champion – Kahlúa * Finnish Champion – Keisha * German VDH Champion - Ludacris * Luxembourg Champion – Ludacris & Keisha * Luxembourg Junior Champion – Blue * Nordic Champion – Keisha We also earned numerous group placements and the following dogs won a Group 1 in 2009! Casa Hoya's Exclusive Edition "Ludacris" – Leeuwarden, Dortmund & Winner Amsterdam Casa Hoya's Special Edition "Keisha" – Arnhem Casa Hoya´s I´m A Flirt “Bonny” – Zwolle Casa Hoya’s This Is Why I’m Hot “Coolio” – Wijchen Archer, Casa Hoya’s Daredevil Go Get Em is still going strong in Australia. This year he won his 10th BIS and ended for the 5th year in a row as #1 PWD in the country! In 2009 he has won 11x Best in Group , 12x Runnerup in Group AND 2x Best in Show and 1x Runnerup Best in Show! Activities
We are very happy that our owners are so active and motivated to work with them! This year Apple, Keisha, Lucy, Smooch & Enzo participated in the waterworkshops in Amsterdam www.waterdogs.eu with lots of joy. Thygo, Sjuul, Apple and Coolio are all working in GG (obedience) and passed the GGB level. Coolio also obtained his GG1 diploma and does real well in the obedience trails with Petra. Yvon is very busy with her girls Sjuul and Apple. They train for Rally O, Frisbee, obedience & doggydance. Seven has started already too, but first puppyclass of course. I'm also very proud of Sessa and Keean who acchieved an *Excellent* in the highest obedience level in Denmark this year, which is very though and hard to get!! What a great team :-) Lucy and Blue are training a lot too with their owners, and they are looking forward to start competing with them in 2010! Meetings
